Additional Feedback and testing is wellcome.

Afaik the Search-Engine Plugin only works in Firefox and IE.

Funktioniert super, und die Doku ist auch gut.

Das mit dem Bild ist nur noch ein Problem, denn der Link sollte nicht zu den Bild-meta-Daten verweisen. Schau mal bitte hier nach:
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Images_and_other_uploaded_files

=> Und schreib' bitte etwas Doku, die ich auf die "MORE HELP" seite schreiben kann (also: wie nimmt man den Link eines Bildes heraus)

Hi Daniel,

ich bekomme es nicht hin im Wiki ein Bild auf eine Externe Webseite zu verlinken.

Intern geht über den Trick das Bild mit Redirect als Weiterleizung zu definieren, das geht mit externen URLs aber nicht.

Und die Beispiele auf meta.wikimedia.org... sind entweder kaputt (oder sehen so aus), funktionieren nicht oder ich raffe es einfach nicht.

I did some editing for English. I want to question the following:

Searching in wiki.typo3.org

The prefix "wiki" will search in forge.typo3.org

Virgil's comment: wouldn't it search in the wiki and not in forge?

Searching in forge

The prefix "forge" will search in forge.typo3.org

  1. You type in
    forge docteam
  2. will send the search request to forge

maholtz: i am not sure, if i am understand you correct. The request is send to forge.typo3.org, so it will search "docteam" in forge.typo3.org
