Description
After a login fe-users should be able to fetch the status-informations of instances and instancegroups they are assigned to via eID script. The informations should be available in both JSON and XML.
This will allow to add some caretaker information in customer portals without giving the customers access to the caretaker system. Of course the security of this connection has to be taker very serios.

The first part of the JSON API is committed and some documentation is added to the WIKI
