Description
The functionality of the "ShowBlocks" plugin has been re-added in the latest version of ckeditor (v38.1.0) as mentioned in the following references:

- GitHub release: https://github.com/ckeditor/ckeditor5/releases/tag/v38.1.0
This allows us to regain the "ShowBlocks" functionality as in Typo3 v11.
