t3editor does not show content when appearing in viewport

Description
Since upgrade to version 12 the t3editor cuts off plain HTML content at approx. 140 lines. When clicking somewhere in the remaining editor window, it shows additional content and so on. This behavior is same with Firefox and Chromium on Linux. Same configuration is fully functional with TYPO3 version 11.

This does not only apply to HTML files, but to every kind of file edited with t3editor. It seems, that content is initially not visible when out of the viewport. When you scroll down in the editor, the context will however not automatically appear.
