With EXT:form you can maintain forms. An overlay opens to create a new form. This does not correspond optically to the overlays of the core and should be optically adjusted.
ToDos:- color modal-header black
- progress bar should contain content like "Step 1 of 4"
- action button: blue color
- other buttons: default / light grey color
