Description
Now you get an option in Typoscript and Flexform to disable the ABC Navigation.
Default is:
plugin.tx_x4epersdb_pi1.showABCNavigation = 1

Could we use the term "enableAlphabeticPageBrowser" instead, so that it is consistent with the name of the method? Default should therefore be "1"
