Improve ElementHistoryController by showing the original username on new line

Problem/Description¶
In addition to issue #102091 an original user (switchTo Mode) should be always shown on a new line to improve the readability of such elements.
The screenshot shows the different behaviour based on the length of a username. One was shown on a new line.
