Accessibility of filelist

Most of the icons don't have accessibility attributes on them.

Christian Rath-Ulrich, Willi Wehmeier and Patrick Schriner and a few others (sorry for not namedropping everybody, but the first two are on a roll recently) are on a crusade to address many areas where accessibility is not yet factored in completely, for example:

It would help very much if you could cross-reference their issues, I believe the filelist has also already been mentioned. It would help to create distinct issues focussing on very exact cases instead, so mention every specific icon instead of being broad. That also raises chances for implementation :-)
Maybe you could join the effort and help testing, reviewing or even submitting patches?
