Extensionmanager not working anymore below version 10.4

Description
Below version 10.4 the table tx_extensionmanager_domain_model_repository is used to get the mirrors.xml.gz from https://repositories.typo3.org/mirrors.xml.gz
The file mirrors.xml contain typo3.org as host instead of extensions.typo3.org according to this you can't download the extension list and any extension.

Yes, same issue.
https://typo3.org/fileadmin/ter/extensions.xml.gz was also unavailable, but it seems to be fixed.
Anyway it would make sense to change the https://repositories.typo3.org/mirrors.xml.gz, then you don't need to take care of the typo3.org files.
Versions above 10 also get the files from extensions.typo3.org (hardcoded).
