Hey,
I would like to submit an feature for version 4.5, but want to define the position and the look and feel with the Usability-Team first.
See attached screenshot for the dev version.
By the input field you should be able to filter the available records in an multiple value selector.
Perhaps we could discuss via private mail first.

Can't you use the style form the "search for Record" fields?
If I didn't got the point. Answer here, please.

The type="suggest" selector is not available here. I would also expect a different presentation, as the list box is really limited to the right select box (or should be added for both sides).
I would prefer such a filter box as long as it's tiny and unobtrusive.
