I am hoping snapshots of extensions from svn would also fall under this. It's necessary to have t3x automatically created (nightly?), so that people don't need to rely on SVN to get the latest working extension.

It really feels as much needed that this is realised. I am almost sure if you give the WEC guys access they want to do it. They have done it on there own forge as I understand.
