TSconfig

Pros:
The options are named "mod.linkvalidator....". So they could be placed in the section "PageTS -> mod".
Options of other sysexts, like Web > Page, also are included in TSconfig.

Cons:
These other extensions, which are included in TSconfig, do not have an own manual.
Duplicating the contents would lead to things being more in one place. But I don't know if that is really needed. After all you install linkvalidator in the EM and it is likely that you would also like to read the other notes coming with it. So you already will very likely read the linkvalidator manual and see the options there. Furthermore TSconfig would only mirror the options with description, but everything else would only be in the linkvalidator manual, so that you would have to look into this one anyway.
Even worse, duplication would also increase the maintance work needed and might make the manual unclear, if there are several current versions, which have differences (namely when one of the manuals is not updated).

Therefore I do not add the values here again.
It is enough that they already are in the linkvalidator manual.
