Description

Right now it is not possible to disallow any usage of the string "http", as providing "0" disables the check completely.
If you change the behaviour to using "-1" for disabling the check and using "0" for not allowing any occurance it would work out fine.

I added this feature.

fixed also 2 bugs with naming errors in constants and setup
