Only Typo3.org Main Repository is available for Retrieve / Update

Description

Even if I select another mirror in "Settings" tab, I only got this choice for Retrieve / Update in "Remote repository" tab.

Also, in Database Update tab for Extension Manager, when trying to import static data, it always shows that table "sys_ter" needs to be altered but already exists.

Do I have to drop it then make updates ?

The import hint for the static data is displayed every time. So you can clean your table to the static data provided by the extension (Table is truncated and the data is imported from extensions sql file).
