extension doesn't show up in list-module

Description
We're running a Typo3 4.5.2 installation on IIS and MySQL. Installed the extension successfully, but the expected entries in list-module (svn repository ...) don't show up on the "create new record" page. Reinstalling the extension didn't help anyway.
When we inserted the rows via sql query, it's possible to view and edit them.
The new tables don't show up in group permission management, too. This maybe the reason why they are missing in "create new record", too.
If we can provide any more detailed information for debugging, please post instructions.
