Frank, we are unable to fix this unless you provide us with the following information:

In t3lib/class.t3lib_db.php, set $debugOutput to TRUE and run the above query again. TYPO3 will now output some more details about the failing query. Please post it here and reopen this bug.

I have done it...

There is this information:

Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /usr/Projekte/DIACC/DEV_INT_www.diacc.de/typo3/t3lib/class.t3lib_db.php on line 775

The variabke $res is empty

No, that's not the information I need. I think you'll have to make the same change in typo3/t3lib/ again.
