Description

There is first a problem when loading the editor

There is also a problem when inserting links.

These are similar to issues that were fixed in TYPO3 4.1 and 4.2.

The attached patch fixes the issue in TYPO3 4.0.9.

For TYPO3 3.8, version 1.2.3 of the RTE has been published on TER that fixes the issue.

Fixed in SVN TYPO3core branch TYPO3_4-0 revision 3837.
