Wrong returnUrl with clipboard actions

Description
Backend -> list module -> clipboard 2 -> copy an element -> select "edit" in clipboard menu -> close with "X" icon -> 404 error
The requested URL /neu/typo3/typo3/db_list.php was not found on this server.

can confirm the error here.
T3 4.2.6
when clicking on any system folder in the tree and not beeing in list view the normal statement
"The current page is of the type "Sysfolder". Sysfolders usually don't contain content elements but are used for collecting other types of records in a single folder.
Switch to list view "
appears.
when clicking on the link "Switch to list view " I always get
"Not Found
The requested URL /typo3/db_list.php was not found on this server."
only way is to click the sysfolder in the tree again or the direct link to list view 'web->list'
