Description

In addition to ticket #20257 there are some other places in the core that still use calls to t3lib_div::makeInstanceClassName. This patch is fixing those.

after discussion with Steffen Kamper, v3 of the patch is ensuring backwards compatibility and even providing a nice fallback solution if no HTML-mails are allowed.
