List subprojects on the fourth level in the menu

Description

In general we have the this structure "TYPO3v4" > "Community Extensions" > "Some Extension". If this "Some extension" has again subprojects they should be visualized as list in the menu on the left side.

A concrete example is the "Party Information Framework" (party) and a subproject "Party Frontend View" (party_view).
You can transfer this scheme to other projects as well, like "DAM" for example...
