Description

Good idea, but still not a better solution jet.

Problem:

Labels often stay floating for too long and hide tools or form fields.
Makes BE a blinking mess when moving mouse over a form.

Idea:

Set longer delay time for a tool tip to appear and make instant dissapear if mouse moved avay from label. Help text should appear only if needed.
