Description

If only the site "entry point" is defined, and no page, the creation of the root page doesn't work via drag & drop. You have to create it with the list module.

[BUGFIX] Drag&Drop inside the root page of the pagetree isn't possible

In case there is no page (except the root page) within TYPO3, you can't
use the drag and drop functionality in the page tree to create the first
page.

This should be possible at least by drop the page on root node.

Same Problem is in TYPO3 4.5, 4.6 and 4.7beta3.
Drag&Drop doesn't work on a new installation if there is no other existing page yet.
Tested in Firefox 9.01

Pages can be droppped at the same level as the root.
