developing extension with tcatree field
(tested both safari and FF)

two bugs:

1) the minitems seems to not be considered (if minitems = 1 i can save the record even if nothing is cehcked)

2) maxitems: example maxitems = 3: if i check 3 items, and then uncheck one, i can't check anything else anymore (seems JS error, but JS console tell no error. when i save the record the selected checkbox are not saved.

PS: i tested also with ext news2 (which uses tcatree for category selection)

[BUGFIX] Check minitems for TCAtree

The TCAtree ignores currently the minitems.
This is however e.g. needed to require input for a relation field.
