List prefixed topics: Prefix to be listed by default does not work

Description
In pi1, select "Message board", then select "List prefixed topics" in the "Show special page" dropdown (you may have to save your what to display setting first to see the new options).
The setting "Prefix to be listed by default" does not have any effect. Ath the moment it is only possible to change the prefix by ading it to the URL.

I think this whole part should be intensively tested. If I open the page it seems not to be filtered to the first shown prefix in the dropdown of the settings part. It seems that nearly all topics of the board are found. Settings like "Show 10/20/..." will mostly work until I change another setting (the limit won't affect anything anymore). On top of that the pagebrowser does not change after filtering which results in less search results. The limit to 10 results never worked for me.
