Description
Currently normal links are not underlined like it's usual. Sometimes this behaviour causes big troubles, because you cannot see if a text contains a link or if it's a link iteself (Example: EXT:t3adminer). Unfortunatly it's not a simple rule that must be added, because lot's of links shouldn't be underlined in the backend, because they are already expected or marked as clickable areas.
