Description
The shell scripts should read the neccessary arguments to:
- checkout the latest version of Phoenix/FLOW3
- add submodules
- register the neccessary git config for pushing to gerrit
- set up the right Settings.yaml
- add the Phoenix test site

As I see on the mailing list you provide such a script already, so I would like to close this ticket as the script itself wouldn't make sense inside the Distribution anyway. Do you agree?
