Hi there,
attached the PowerPoint template for the hotel info displays.
I think we no not have to stick with their design as it is also possible to submit a PDF file.
Important: The ratio of 9:16
Please see the hotels rep.s comment below:

If you don’t want to use powerpoint you can also provide a *.pdf. Please make
sure you set up your file in an aspect ratio 9:16 (portrait format).

I need some information about the content that should be presented. I guess I`ll be something like room number, title of the talk.. etc.

Do we want to integrate our design to the hotels design or not?

Hi Sabine,
I don't think this information is that important for the template.
You really only need to create kinda like a "frame"
When do you think you can deliver the template?

here is the "hotel info-stele" template. I just placed the dummy text there, hope it's enough.
