Pages/Records are indexed/shown in results even if enableFields (f.ex. starttime/endtime) do not allow showing the object in TYPO3 page

Description
We have many pages, tt_news and other extension records here that need to be "timed", i.e. have a start and/or stop time set. Neither indexing nor displaying of the search results take these constraints into account.

will require open-ended ranges (such as [a TO *]), currently only available in Solr 4.0 (trunk). Might check whether we can make a back port to 3.x.
