Vidi (List Component)

In the concept so far, vidi offers the possibility to checkbox some items from the grid and put them to a selection. However, some modules might want to do more advanced stuff with a selection of items, such as the Media Management Indexing module would need to have a multi-step-wizard which should act upon a selection of files and folders from the grid (the possibility to display both files and folders in the grid is another topic, so lets focus in here on just selecting anything from the grid and doing something with it).

@Steffen, do you think the following makes sense?

- the (admin) user selects a number of files and folders from the grid
- in the bottom toolbar selects "Advanced Indexing"
- the Media Management Indexing module is loaded in an overlay over vidi, and the user then does advanced indexing tasks there (or creates an indexing config for the scheduler to get active)

"ich habe mir gestern nochmals die DAM-indexing-sache angeschaut. ich denke, es müsste da einfach mal die integration mit Vidi geklärt werden. es gibt bei DAM folgende Möglichkeiten:
- Eine Indexing-Konfiguration erstellen und als XML speichern. Diese Indexing-Konfiguration kann nie unmittelbar ausgeführt werden.
- Eine Indexierungskonfiguration zu setzen und unmittelbar auszuführen.
Das ist auf zwei Module verteilt (Media/Indexing und Media/Tools).
Ich denke, dass das redundant ist, da man schlussendlich genau die gleichen Optionen hat. Am einfachsten wäre es, das normale Batch-Processing zu nutzen: Ich kann im Filetree die Ordner bzw. den Mount anwählen, mit denen ich dann was anstellen will (z.B. durch Checkboxes). Danach kann ich in der Toolbar (analog, wie ich auch Copy/Move wählen kann) "Index" wählen und kriege ein Overlay, in dem ich das Schritt für Schritt konfigurieren kann. Im letzten Schritt habe ich dann die Wahl, die Indexierung unmittelbar auszuführen (egal, wieviel ich indexieren will -> wir sollten Admins nicht bevormunden!?) oder die Konfiguration dem DAM-Scheduler-Task zu übergeben."
