Description
The create new file form field is completet in advance by 'flexform/'.
To create a file 'flexform/myform.xml' does not work without error message.
The user should get a message, that the directory is not available or it should create it directly.

In current trunk I have added many error-messages and a better errorhandling on file creation. I tested it a very long time, so please let me know if there are further problems
