Description
When a comment is marked as SPAM there is no warning message to inform the user the comment will be reviewed. We should implement a solution to make the user aware his comment was submitted but needs to be approved.
Patch for current trunk is attached.

Patch has issues as it wont insert a comment if its valid but marked as SPAM. Please add a comment here and I will upload a working fix.
