This patch still misses the removal of:
  • alt_topmenu_dummy.php (still referenced in JS code of alt_clickmenu.php)
  • direct usage of showpic.php
  • fe_adminLib.inc still uses t3lib_htmlmail
  • forceCharset (config option)
  • multiplyDBfieldSize (config option)
  • code from tx_simulatestatic (see also http://forge.typo3.org/issues/25099)
