Attached patch to reach css level 2.1 (http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/)
"size" -> "font-size"
"background-image: url(data:image/gif;base64,AAAA)" -> "background:transparent url(../images/blank.gif) no-repeat;" (Please also put blank.gif in images folder

We can not find him and we have an important patch...
Can we motivate him somehow? Or does someone else want to lead the project?
