Description

For Bugs it works find with #320, so what about R320 or #R320 for linking to a revision.

Just use a lowercase "r" eg. r320

It does not work in your example because revision 519 does not exist in FLOW3CGL when asking redmine, there seems only to be 517 and next is 520. Of course the SVN itself has all revisions, but e.g. 519 is only seens by redmine when you are looking at the FLOW3 package project. Inversely you cannot see revision 520 from within that project.

It would be nice if this worked, though...
