Description
Why does the prefix if forced in using the Form Wizard?
Would be nice if it could by optional, with a hint, if a user uses multiple forms on one page.

thanks for your report. I have no experience with the Form, so maybe it's self-explaining, but could you please elaborate a bit, what your message is? I don't get it directly..
