Description
Gina, Jürgen and Dominic Brander had a phone call regarding the certification contracts with Pearson VUE. The proposed contract with Pearson VUE would have been over 5 years with a certain risk for the Association. Jürgen has taken over the task to negotiate with Pearson VUE about a contract draft that will suffice our needs and reduce the financial risk at the same time.
The needed cost for lawyer (checking any contract draft in lawyer-tongue) shall be taken from the certification budget.
Update April: Jürgen reports: The document is now available at board list. The board has to check for changes and approove the contract.
Update May: The contract was prooved by our lowyer. Jürgen sent the contract to pearson and we will have to wait for their go.
