Description
When I create a new record and do submit a empty email field, the record is created inside the backend without any data. As a user I see step 3 instead of step 2 again

Oh, it seems that creating a new record is completely broken. Atleast for my agency code.
Always when I try to create the record (all fields filled with some data) an empty record is created
