Description

Would't it make sense to remove the vendor namespace from Build/Common/PhpUnit/UnitTests.xml so you can use

phpunit -c Build/Common/PhpUnit/UnitTests.xml

and have all Tests run at once, using the same UnitTestBootstrap.php for all tests.
