Description
The Documentation Library currently still has links to some outdated templating tutorials.
Once the Template Building Tutorial is released, replace them with a link to that one (also remove the one in the section "Extensions").
And add the template building tutorial to the Tutorial section (by adding it to the list of extensions in the sysfolder with pid 417 on t3o and assigning the category number 9).

And on docs.typo3.org move the documentation out of the drafts folder
http://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/drafts/
to its final place. Also link it on the docs.typo3.org > TYPO3 CMS starting page.

@Martin Bless: Could you please integrate it inside http://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/Tutorials.html?
Currently we have 133 Downloads for this tutorial in the TER (key: doc_tut_templating). We should update the description there and additionally offer the actual documentation as a pdf.
I would do this if someone introduce me how to update.
