Description

We need the posibility to create new pages.
I imagine a dropdown menu from the menu bar where you can select before, after or inside the current page.

It should be possible to Add a new page (after the current or inside of it), delete the current page, and move the page.

Added in v1354.

Added ability to create a page, hide a page, and delete a page.
The default actions are set in FeEdit.showPageIcons to edit, new.
Changed 'Edit Page' to 'Page Properties' (Edit Page Properties does not fit in default button width).
When you hide a page or delete a page, it goes to previous/parent page.
