Description
Two issues here:
First:
Since typo3.org has been relaunched (great!), the documentation doc_core_tca ist not available any more.
So there is currently no online documentation for the TCA available.
Second:
The documentations doc_core_tstemplates and doc_core_cgl are available if directly referenced by url, but are not listed in the list of core documentations.

Moreover the contents of tables in TSref are truncated.

(@ Markus: That is #35664.)
To the second issue:
doc_core_cgl gets displayed there now. doc_core_tstemplates has been removed by intention and will not be maintained anymore.
To the first issue:
The extension categories themselves (like "Core Documentation") are shown correctly. The mapping of doc_core_tca to this category is set, so it should show up there.
I also see no differences in how the settings are for e.g. doc_core_tsref (which is displayed) and doc_core_tca (which is not).
Putting another extension in the "Core Documentation" category makes it show up there, so displaying manuals in this specific category basically works.
Setting another category for doc_core_tca also does not make it show up in this other category (while other extensions are shown there).
So the issue seems to lie "in the extension". Needs to be investigated further.
The same problem is present for doc_guide_security. Both are not rendered yet (while the others are).
This might be the reason for the problem. Let's see, if they get displayed in the categories, when rendering has happened.

Core documentations are back - please report all other problems to other issues.

quote: "doc_core_tstemplates has been removed by intention"´- so there is no documaentation available about the usage of comments for the constant editor and the extension manager.
That is right?
Or has this part moved to another core documentation?
