Bug #36832
closedPreview hidden pages on subdomains triggers 404 handler
0%
Description
Previewing hidden pages on a subdomain triggers the install tool setting: pageNotFound_handling
Situation to reproduce:
- Create a vhost with domain A (test.dev.local) and domain B (test2.dev.local)
- Clean TYPO3 4.5 installation (tested with 4.7 as well) running on domain A
- Create pagetree for domain A, including a root page and a domain record
- Create pagetree for domain B, including a root page and a domain record
- Set a page to hidden in domain B > preview works Set the 404 handler to something like "REDIRECT:http://www.google.com"
- Preview the same hidden page again -> 404 is loaded

How does that explain that it works without the 404 handler?

Hi,
as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.2.9)?
