Description
To support better workflows for teams I suggest the following: Make it possible to assign the ticket to a observer group (T3-group) and let the responsible empty. The first member of the observer group who takes over the selected ticket (possible new button?), becomes responsible for processing the ticket. This feature is useful for the workflow between teams, where the source team in the workflow doesn't know, who will be the processor in the target team.
