Description
Is there a rule of procedure if the T3A receives invoices for one budget that makes the budget overdrawn? Is the assistent already not transferring the money? Is the treasurer blocking payments that are not covered by the budget?
The EAB asks to be included in this very rule of procedure: If payments are blocked because of budget overdrawal, an info should be sent to the EAB mailing list by the ? (? replaced by assistent or by treasurer).

Update may: Alain explains, that there is currently no process, which checks the budget. The budget owner is responible to check the budget.
Alain wants to implement a reporting, but this will work only with a delay (after the invoice was booked). The report could be used to inform the budget owner, if only 20% of the budget is remaining.
Update June: The board decided to set it to the agenda of the CEBAB meeting
