Description

Redesign the Login-Screen for Version 6.0.
To show, that the CMS underwent a major step in versioning, the login screen should be restyled.

  • Could we add the password recovery feature for the BE at the same time? This is often asked by end-users...
  • What about the news at the login? We should include it in the Wireframe, as well.

My first impression by looking at the early draft, is that it looks very different from the BE in terms of corporate design.

As I sad in the phone call, I don't this is the way to go.
But as I sad, it's good that you brought this topic to the
agenda. We should defintly provice a visuall change for
the next major TYPO3 version 6.0.

In general I would wish that we make it a lot easier to customize the login - in an very easy way.

Is anyone interested to discuss this further?
I am still willing to support and realize.

What need to be customizable and what need to be changed completely?
We could just add a few DIV-containers and an easy way to add custom visual stylesheet
and/or we could force a new raster for this form.
