Description

Please move the package-ice to git and rename it to TYPO3.Ice
(Which was not possible in Forge)

you wont be able to access the project in git/gerrit when it is hidden. Once you make the project public we can migrate.

as it is a FLOW3 subproject i flagged it as "requires CLA", pls let me know wether this is wrong.
