Description
- The board as to be informed.
-> The reason behind this is that from a legal standpoint the budget owner is responsible for the cost and especially for not overspilling budgets. So, if changing the responsability from one budget leader to another person, the association needs to make sure the situation is cleared (financially) with the old budget leader (like official déchargé). Otherwise we might run into troubles if we want to make the new budget leader responsible for any irregularities. The decision about the budget leader is in the hands of the EAB and is touched by the board, besides this check.
- A new "budget agreement" may have to be signed by / with the new budget owner as well.
