Copy of DCE doesn't copy the fields

Description
If a DCE gets copied the containing fields (stored with IRRE) are not copied, just referenced.
A change or delete of a field will effect on the source DCE as well.

Hm... this seems to be a general issue using inline fields in m:n mode.
I'll need to investigate more...

This issue also affects the section fields. A user has written via mail, that the order of section fields get changed.
