Description
I have an installation that holds two domains. Both have a root page and have a sys_template that clears constants and setup. When I run a "force re-indexing of a site" on one of the domains the task clears out both sites from the index. I expect the task to only clear the selected domain.

which version are we talking about? Looking at the source it seems ok.

I can confirm this (unexpected) behaviour for EXT:solr v.2.2.2

This has been fixed in 3.0
