Description
I don't know if this has to do with the new swiftmailer system, but newsletter sent only contains the css (using default template and css).
Using TYPO3 4.5, Lotus Notes / gmail / hotmail are affected. (not a mail reader issue).

broken by swiftmailer if using TYPO3 4.5.
See core bug http://forge.typo3.org/issues/37594
can try to use the swiftmailer implementation instead, and will help with compatibility issues with TYPO3 4.7

Confirmed with revision 55123 --
after getting the lastest version from the svn earlier this week, the added swiftmailer implementation in this extention fixed this issue for TYPO3 4.5.x
Will try to release an minor version update so the extension works for 4.5 before fixing 4.6 and 4.7 bugs.
